Last Saturday, the new NWSL team Houston Dash had its inaugural game against defending champions Portland Thorns at the BBVA Compass Stadium. It was great to see Houstonians packing the stadium to support women's soccer, and we expect to see even bigger crowds for the games to come.

Houston was fortunate to recruit a roster of great players, to include Brittany Bock, U-20 World Cup champion Kealia Ohai, and Olympian Erin McLeod. We are honored to see so many talented athletes play soccer here in Houston, and will support the Houston Dash throughout the Season.
